Our company was founded in the Spring of 2011 in Providence, RI. We both have an extensive background in the food service industry.  Jens specializes in food product development as well as  restaurant operations, he is also a co-author of a series of cookbooks sold in Europe.  Marie runs Cafe Choklad in Providence, that focuses on fresh, innovative, cooking with an emphasis on fresh and finesse.  

Our company was started to provide premium, all natural, gourmet veggie burgers to the food service industry that are not only good for you, but TASTE GREAT!

Our customers have the option of purchasing either the popular veggie burger patties or our bulk veggie burger mixes.  Our mixes are perfect for adding a signature twist to the  "make your own burger" option; or for use in soups, chili, tacos or your other culinary creations.  

All our products are fully-cooked and we use only high quality ingredients.  This allows us to produce a healthy product packed with nutrition and flavor that will appeal to vegetarians and everyone who loves good food!  When you try our products, you will be amazed at how delicious they taste...maybe the best burgers you will ever have!
